RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Orders in Italy)
For contracts and contract proposals remote from or negotiated away from business premises, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) business days. This right may be exercised only in Italian territory and only by individuals, it is therefore not valid for customers who purchase with VAT. To exercise this right, the customer must send Dampaì Ltd. communication by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Within 14 business days of receipt of the goods, send a written notice pointing out your intention to withdraw from the contract to the email@example.com e-mail. Such notification must include the item code for return and whether you want to proceed with a change of color, of the item, of the model, or have a refund (Paypal or Bank Transfer), with the corresponding data for the credit;
Once we receive your return request, you will receive a written confirmation containing the information to return the goods.
The shipping charges are always to be paid by the customer.
Then you must complete the form that you will find inside the box and call the telephone number of the courier who will provide you with all the information necessary for removal of the goods.
The items requested in exchange must be of equal or greater value than the returned goods. There can be only one exchange for any authorized return.
Each item must be returned with all labels, packaging and original accessories received with the order.
In the event of faulty goods or errors in shipment due to our mistake, we reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return and payment of the costs of the return shipment.
All returned items will be subject to inspection by us and must comply with the parameters listed in the return process.
II. WHEN THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CEASES (IS LIMITED)
For partial use of the product or in the absence of its components (tags, accessories, labels or seals);
For damage to the product (adhesive tape, staples, etc …)
In the absence of the outer packaging or the original packaging;
In such cases Dampaì srl will return the item to the sender and charge the same the shipping costs.
III. REFUND TO THE CLIENT
Once we have received the returned goods and verified integrity, we will immediately make a refund within the next 48 hours by the method of reimbursement requested by the client in the statement of claim of the right of withdrawal. The amount credited will be the actual price paid, net of payment commissions, as well as the shipping charge incurred by the customer for the receipt of goods. The only cost that will be borne by the client will be the shipping costs for returning the products to our warehouse.

After purchasing the product, in case of second thoughts, it is possible to exchange the goods or have a refund of the total amount paid
APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
The general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law (Legislative Decree 114/98 “Commercial Code”, Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 on Electronic Commerce and Legislative Decree 206/2005 concerning distance contracts and the Consumer Code) as well as by European directives such as the EU 2011/83 (protection of consumer rights). In the event of a dispute the courts of Livorno shall have jurisdiction.
